90-Day Run

At KL International Group, will be providing hands-on sales training, to help better serve our clients as well as prepare new agents to succeed when they become licensed.

When you try the 90-day run, you will be able to shadow KL International Group agents on appointments, sales calls, team meetings, and more.

You do not have to be licensed to apply for the KL International Group 90-Day Run.

Each new applicant will be on a 1-on-1 mentorship with a current Broker of The KL International Group. With that being said, that limits the number of applicants we can accept, therefore having a quarterly waitlist.

We do require all new applicants to be able to participate at least 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. After being onboard for the 90-Day Run, we do expect all applicants to complete the full 90-day cycle.

Do not worry, just because this quarter we had all application spots filled up does NOT mean you're not worthy of an opportunity! Since we want to ensure each applicant succeeds, we want to have the best experience among our applicants by providing a hands-on 1-on-1 opportunity.
